Captain of a strange ship
Captain Hardcore gives its sandbox a story to sit in. You command a research vessel, travel through space, and bring the characters you meet back aboard. A biometrics lab lets you change their appearance, a science chamber hosts experiments, and a room the developer names the Cyber-Masturbatorium is where you build virtual scenes. The framing is tongue in cheek, and it gives AntiZero a reason to connect customisation and scene-building into one ship you walk around.
