You choose a partner from a set of randomly generated characters, then explore by touch and pick from a range of positions, with controls the studio describes as flexible enough to convey movement. The listing's tags include futa and trans characters, so the generated pool is wider than most games in the catalogue. That is the whole pitch, in five short bullet points.

Where it runs

The page gives one compatibility line: Oculus and Meta Quest 2 and 3 headsets with PC VR Link. In other words, it runs on a PC and streams to a Quest.
