Braindance shows only demo content after signing up through VRPorn Premium: what went wrong and who can fix it
VRPorn.com tells Premium members they can unlock eight Braindance experiences for free. Between late 2025 and early 2026 a run of members wrote back that they had done everything asked and found only the demo. The fix, when it came, did not come from VRPorn.com.

The short answer
Start the sign-up from the Download button on Braindance's VRPorn.com page, on a computer, while signed in to Premium, and create the Braindance account from the site it opens. If the app then shows only demo content or is missing Season 4, VRPorn.com cannot change it: Braindance support has to add the experiences to your account. Email [email protected] from the address you registered with, say you came from VRPorn Premium, and check your spam folder, which Braindance itself asked members to do.
Unlock the eight Premium experiences
- Start on a computer, signed in to Premium. Open the Braindance page on VRPorn.com in a desktop browser while signed in. Members who pressed Download on a Quest 3 or a phone reported a blank white page instead of the Braindance site.
- Create the account from the page's link. Press Download, choose your version, and register on the Braindance website that opens. Write down the email you used; support will need it.
- Install the app for your headset. The page lists a standalone app for Quest 3, Quest 3S and Pico 4 Ultra, version 1.4.3.14, and a PC version that runs through Meta Quest Link, SteamVR or Virtual Desktop.
- Sign in and count what you have. Premium should show eight experiences with five performers. If you see only demo content, or one season is missing, stop there rather than reinstalling.
- Write to Braindance support, then check spam. Email [email protected] from the address on your Braindance account, say you came through VRPorn.com Premium, and list what you see. Braindance asked members to watch their spam folder for the reply.
Two companies, one promise
Braindance is not hosted by VRPorn.com. It is a separate service that sells its own subscription: €25 a month, €80 a year or €190 for life when Skarredghost reviewed it in April 2026. What Premium buys you is a slice of that library. Dezyred, listed in the same games section, works differently again: Premium does not cover it. Premium itself carried a Halloween discount in late October 2026. The game page on VRPorn.com promises eight experiences with five named performers, unlocked for free, and describes the route: press Download, choose a version, create an account on the Braindance website, install the app, sign in.
That handover is where the trouble lives. Once you leave VRPorn.com, your Premium status has to arrive at Braindance attached to a new account, and the page does not explain how. It does not say whether you must use the same email, whether a code is involved, or how long the experiences take to appear. We could not get Braindance's own website to return readable text, so we cannot fill that gap from its side either.
What members ran into
The visible comments are a small window, 19 of 285, but they line up. Last year one member wrote that the links only led to the Braindance site and an account unlocked nothing. Over the first months of 2026 more followed. One had signed up and received nothing free. Another sank roughly two hours into installing, ended up with no Premium content and had no answer from support. A third asked how to connect the two accounts at all.
Two complaints were about the first step rather than the last. One member tried the Download button in the Quest 3's browser and on a phone and got an empty white screen both times. Another said neither Download button worked. Neither got a public reply, but both point the same way: start on a computer.
Who answered, and what they said
VRPornCM, the account VRPorn.com's staff post under, gave several members the same reply: contact Braindance support, they will sort it out. Once, it added that it was checking with its team.
Braindance answered too, twice, about eight months ago. It apologised, asked members to email support so their account could be checked, asked everyone to look in their spam folder for replies, and said that if Season 4 was missing from a library it would be added shortly. That last line is the only hint at a cause anyone gave in public: in some libraries, part of the content had simply not been added.
The support address on the page is [email protected]. One member who said they had written to "support@braindance" and heard nothing may simply have used the wrong address.
Since then, the visible thread goes quiet. That could mean the problem was fixed, or only that newer comments are among the 266 we cannot see. We do not know which.
Before you write to support
Give support what it needs in one message. The email address on your Braindance account. A line saying you signed up through VRPorn.com Premium. What the app shows: demo content only, or the library minus Season 4. Your headset and the app version, which the page lists as 1.4.3.14 for the standalone build. Then watch the spam folder, as Braindance itself advised.
Skip the reinstall. Braindance's own answer was to check the account, not the app, and the member who lost an evening to installing ended up exactly where they started.
Hardware, briefly, because sources differ
The PC requirement depends on whom you ask. VRPorn.com's page says Braindance is designed for an RTX 2070-class card or better, says the GTX 1080 is not supported and recommends an NVMe drive. Skarredghost's review names an RTX 2060 as the minimum for the best experience, recommends Quest Link from a PC as the best-looking route with passthrough (see how the four streaming routes differ), and notes that some downloads run to about 20 GB. Both can be true: the page sets a design target, the reviewer a tested floor. If your card sits between them, expect to trade some quality. Standalone, the app covers the Quest 3, Quest 3S and Pico 4 Ultra.
The verdict on the handover
Braindance is the most convincing sense of a real person in the room that Premium offers, and the eight experiences are the cheapest way to see it. The sign-up is the weak link, and the fault lies in the handover between the two companies rather than with the member.
Both sides could close it quickly. VRPorn.com should state on the page which email to use, how long unlocking takes, and that support for missing content sits with Braindance. Braindance should publish the same in a short help note and confirm whether the "demo only" problem is fixed. Until they do, the five steps at the top of this page are the shortest route we can document. Our Braindance page covers what you get once it works.
Quick answers
- Why does Braindance only show demo content after VRPorn Premium sign-up?
- Neither company has explained the cause publicly. What is on record is the remedy: Braindance support checks the account and adds the missing experiences, and VRPorn.com's staff send members there.
- What is Braindance's support email?
- The VRPorn.com page gives [email protected]. One member wrote to an address ending simply in @braindance and heard nothing, so check the spelling.
- How many Braindance experiences come with VRPorn Premium?
- Eight, with five performers, as listed on VRPorn.com.
- Season 4 is missing from my Braindance library. Is that normal?
- No. Braindance replied on VRPorn.com that if Season 4 was missing, it would be added to the account shortly.
- The Braindance download page is blank on my Quest 3. What do I do?
- Members reported a blank white page when pressing Download on a Quest 3 or a phone. Start the sign-up on a computer instead; the app itself still runs standalone on the Quest.
- What PC does Braindance need?
- VRPorn.com's page says it is designed for an RTX 2070-class card or better, rules out the GTX 1080 and recommends an NVMe SSD. Skarredghost's review names an RTX 2060 as the minimum for the best experience.
