The low-commitment option
Every barrier that keeps people away from adult VR games is missing here. There is no store, no sideloading, no PC and nothing that stays in your app library afterwards. You open the game's page in the Quest Browser, press Stream, a small download runs, you pick your settings and you are in. It is a single scene with one character, which is exactly why it works as a first try.
Aida is one of RockHardVR's recurring characters; the studio has built a small collection around her. This title is the therapy-session one.
Hands first, controllers as backup
On Quest headsets the game reads your hands directly. Without hand tracking, a controller mode does the same job: you make a fist and move. The developer notes that the game needs a few strokes to calibrate, and the Insertion Rate and Insertion Threshold sliders let you change how it responds. A costume menu, body sliders and posture buttons cover the rest.
AR is listed too, so on a Quest 3 the scene can play out in your actual room. The Pico 4 gets neither hand tracking nor AR. Original Quest owners are told to use the Only Essentials room detail for a smoother frame rate.
The server question
The weak point has not been the game but the service behind it. Late last year RockHardVR posted that every one of its games was showing an XML error or a black screen, and was clear that headsets were not the cause. Recovery took a while: comments from the spring thank the studio that things work again. In the same period the studio noted that the hands-on tutorial and its homepage button had disappeared.
None of that is unusual for a small studio running streamed games, but it means a black screen is not always your fault. Our fix for RockHardVR games explains how to tell the difference.
Our read
Aida's Secret Therapy will not keep anyone busy for a month, and it is not trying to. It is the easiest test of whether hand-tracked adult games do anything for you, and if they do, the rest of RockHardVR's catalogue on Premium is right next to it.
