Why it gets attention
Almost every adult VR game worth discussing needs a gaming PC or a browser. This one runs on the Quest itself as an installed app, and it is built around hand tracking: the developer's own line is that you don't need your controllers, and the main menu opens with a tutorial for the hand-tracked mode. It ships with 38 characters and accepts your own VRoid models in the .VRM format.
The developer, Squircle Games, keeps a steady changelog on itch.io, where the game sells from $12.99. Version 1.63 in June 2025, for example, added a new interaction, stopped visual effects from passing through the character, fixed scenes that started in the wrong state and added Chinese. It is the work of a small studio that ships often.
The cost of not being in the Meta store
Running on the headset means installing outside the store. You enable developer mode once, connect the Quest to a computer and install the APK with SideQuest; VRPorn.com links a sideloading guide from the game page, and the developer-mode requirements Meta lists in 2026 are set out in our EdenXverse install fix, which uses the same steps. The part people forget is that this repeats. The developer explained in the comments that there is no auto-update, so each new version is a fresh download and install. Version numbers also drift between shops. For months the Premium page listed 1.623 while itch.io moved on to 1.64 (August 2025) and 1.65, an 835 MB APK, on 8 October 2026; the developer had written in the VRPorn.com comments that they were waiting on VRPorn's team to publish the newest build. In late October 2026 Premium jumped straight to 1.66 (what 1.66 brings), so for now Premium members are ahead of the newest itch.io notes. If a fix you read about is missing, check the version first.
What goes wrong
Two problems come up more than once. One Quest 3 owner reported an APK that installs and then does nothing when opened, and another that it did not work at all. And a Quest 2 owner found it too laggy to enjoy, which fits a demanding game on older hardware. The developer acknowledged that passthrough was not available on the Quest 3 and said a new version would fix it, and the change list the developer posted with the late-October build includes it. We have not confirmed that on a headset ourselves.
Our read
No gaming PC, only a Quest? Then this is one of the few installed games on Premium that repays the setup. Go in on a Quest 3 or 3S rather than a Quest 2, keep the version number in mind, and expect to repeat the sideload when updates arrive.
