Quick answers

Can I play Late Night Affair At The Office on my phone?
Not in VR. The developer says phone VR is not supported; the non-VR option shows the story, but the buttons are small.
Who is the co-worker?
The page does not name her. The premise is a stressed colleague you stay late with, trying not to get caught.
How do I get a sharper picture on Quest 2?
RockHardVR suggests 1.2x resolution in the options, since AR and anti-aliasing can lower it.

Our read, before we play it

The office comic that regulars cite when they ask RockHardVR for more roleplay: short, tense and easy to replay.

Worth it if

  • You like a risk-of-being-caught premise told as a story
  • You want to try the story without a headset first: there is a non-VR mode
  • You liked House Call Succubus and want the same format in a real-world setting

Skip it if

  • You want to play on a phone: the developer says phone VR is not supported
  • You need large, easy buttons: in non-VR mode they are small
  • You want hand-driven control rather than a comic

Everyone else has gone home

The setup is the oldest in office fiction. You stay after work, so does a co-worker who is visibly stressed, and the point is to get closer without anyone walking in. The page never names her, which is unusual for RockHardVR, whose titles are normally built around a recurring character. It works in the game's favour: the office, the hour and the risk are the subject.

This is one of the studio's animated VR comics, not a hand-driven game. You watch the story, ideally all of it the first time, as the studio recommends, then use the Repeat button to loop the part you want. First-person views, costume combinations, speech bubbles you can switch off and an option to hide whatever blocks the view complete the set.

Without a headset

A non-VR option on the start screen lets you follow the story on a PC screen. The developer is candid that the buttons are small there. Phone VR viewers are a different matter: asked how to play on a phone, the studio said it is not supported. If you want to check that your Premium login works before a session, the non-VR mode on a computer is the realistic route.

What changed over the years

The comments record two updates. One added a bounce slider for the lower body and refreshed the non-VR mode. The other brought AR and anti-aliasing to the Quest 2, with the studio's usual warning that the image can soften and that 1.2x resolution in the options restores sharpness. The page now lists the Quest 3 with hand tracking. Pico 4 owners get it without hand tracking or AR.

One player wrote that they could not move in the game. Nobody replied, so we cannot say whether it was a control mix-up or a fault.

What players want from it

The longest comments here are requests rather than complaints. Players praise the comic format and ask for more roleplay in the same style, and one suggests the studio apply it to other characters. That makes this an influential little title in the catalogue.

Our read

A tight, replayable office story and a good introduction to RockHardVR's comic format. For the same format with Faye and a lot more comedy, try Stuck! Fire Alarm Panic.

What reviewers and players report
