Quick answers
- Is Faye's Elevated Overtime a game or a comic?
- RockHardVR calls it a fully animated VR comic. You follow a story with speech bubbles and can loop scenes, rather than steering every moment.
- The game will not start in VR on my Quest. What do I do?
- The developer's fix: leave with the controller's system button and enter again. WebXR sometimes fails on the first try after a Quest update.
- How do I play it on a PC headset?
- Players recommend Edge or Chrome on the PC, pressing Stream Game and accepting the WebXR permission pop-up.
Our read, before we play it
Faye's office story as a comic you watch from inside, with the most practical troubleshooting thread of any Faye title.
Worth it if
- You want Faye's story shown to you rather than played
- You like switching between your own view and a third-person one
- You have a Quest 3: the site's own staff confirmed it runs there
Skip it if
- You want hand-driven control of the scene: try Rising Up With Faye
- You need the newest build: the developer says the VRPorn.com version is slightly older than his
- You are on a Pico 4 and want AR

The story version of Faye
The page sums up the plot in a line: Faye is seeing her boss in secret, and one evening it goes further. A lift features again, which regulars in the comments noticed. Everything else about this title is a change of format. Where Rising Up With Faye puts the action in your hands, this one is among of RockHardVR's animated VR comics. Scenes play out around you with speech bubbles, and the studio suggests watching the full story on your first run before you go back to the parts you like.
How you watch it
You pick between first-person and third-person views and between several costume combinations. A Repeat button loops the current scene without the story moving on. Three display options do more than they sound: hide the overhead menu button, hide objects that get between you and the scene, and turn off the speech bubbles once you know the dialogue. The usual Faye customisation applies, from colours to body sliders.
Hand tracking is listed for the Quest family, an Oculus Go uses a laser pointer, and the Pico 4 version drops both hand tracking and AR.
When it will not start
This page has the most useful support exchange of the Faye titles. After one Quest system update, the developer explained, WebXR sometimes fails to launch on the first attempt; the fix is to exit with the controller's system button and enter again. In the same period one player called it broken on Quest while VRPorn.com's own staff reported it working on a Quest 3, which fits a fault that comes and goes rather than a dead game.
A frequent helper in the comments added the basics for PC headsets: open the page in Edge or Chrome, press Stream Game and accept the WebXR permission prompt. On a Quest, use the built-in Meta browser.
Two caveats
The developer has said that the version on VRPorn.com is slightly older than his own build, with the same mechanics. And on a Quest 2, AR and anti-aliasing can soften the picture; he suggests raising resolution to 1.2x in the menu.
Our read
Play it when you want to be told a short office story rather than drive one, and keep the system-button retry in mind. For the same format with more jokes, try Stuck! Fire Alarm Panic.
What reviewers and players report
After a Quest update, WebXR sometimes fails to start on the first try; leave with the system button and enter again. The VRPorn.com build is a little older than the studio's own, with the same mechanics.
