Deepthroat Simulator: Quest Edition 1.65 is out on itch.io, while VRPorn Premium still hands out 1.623
Squircle Games published version 1.65 of Deepthroat Simulator: Quest Edition to itch.io on 8 October 2026. It is a small release. The larger story is the gap it widens: Premium members are still given 1.623, a build from March 2025, three releases back.
Out of date: Since 30 October 2026 VRPorn.com Premium lists version 1.66, so the gap described here is closed. See our news item on Premium 1.66.

The short answer
Version 1.65 appeared on Squircle Games' itch.io page on 8 October 2026 as an 835 MB APK. Its changelog lists two items: a settings panel that could not be closed is fixed, and character selection now loads models from a source the developer calls SecretWaifu. The release before it, 1.64 from August 2025, fixed pose positions and world movement and added a detachable VR menu. Premium's copy is still 1.623, so none of these changes reach members yet.
What 1.65 changes
The release post is two lines long. The settings container, which could not be closed, now can. And character selection now loads models from a source the developer calls SecretWaifu. The post does not say what SecretWaifu is or whether those models cost extra, and we did not find an explanation elsewhere on the developer's pages, so we are not guessing.
The file is an 835 MB APK on the game's itch.io page, sideloaded like every earlier version.
What 1.64 added, for anyone on Premium
Premium members skipped more than one release. Version 1.64, from 19 August 2025, is the more useful of the two for VR players. It fixed pose positions in some levels, stopped world movement from triggering too quickly, added a switch to turn off hand-driven movement, and made the VR menu detachable from the hand, so it can sit on either hand or float free. Version 1.63 before it, from June 2025, added interactions and Chinese.
One thing neither release mentions is passthrough on the Quest 3. In a reply on VRPorn.com around March 2026, the developer promised that fix in the next version. Seven months on, no changelog we can read says it arrived.
Why Premium is behind
The VRPorn.com listing has not moved off 1.623. The comment thread under it explains why only partly: a year ago Squircle Games said it had lost contact with the site and asked for the latest build to go live, and staff answered that a platform migration was holding it up. That answer has not been updated since. We covered the exchange in more detail in our update guide.
Should you update?
If the Premium copy works for you, 1.65 gives no reason to rush. The 1.64 interface changes are the ones worth having. They are only on itch.io, where the Quest Edition costs from $12.99, and moving from the Premium build to the itch.io build can put your imported VRoid characters at risk, so read the update guide's backup step before you try. The game page covers everything else, and the PC release has its own page as Deepthroat Simulator.
Small releases, stuck delivery
Small releases are a good sign: the developer is still working on the Quest Edition, more than a year after Premium's copy was frozen. The problem is not the pace of updates but where they stop. We would like VRPorn.com to publish 1.65, or at least mark 1.623 as an older build, and Squircle Games to say in its next post whether the Quest 3 passthrough fix is still coming.
What changed (30 Oct 2026): Premium now lists 1.66; this item is marked out of date. The follow-up is Premium jumps to 1.66.
