Quick answers
- How do I change position in A Succubus' Helping Hand?
- With the posture buttons in the menu.
- My Quest 3 controller goes haywire in the game. Why?
- RockHardVR says the system is switching between hand tracking and controllers. Turn hand tracking off in the system settings, or play in hand mode.
- Does it work on PC VR?
- Possibly, but the studio says SteamVR's WebXR support has been broken for over a year and it cannot test older headsets.
Our read, before we play it
The purest expression of RockHardVR's hands-first idea, best on a Quest and a long shot on PC VR.
Worth it if
- You want to try gesture-driven play with no controllers in your hands
- You like a fantasy premise over a real-world setting
- You own a Quest 3, the headset the studio patched for
Skip it if
- You play on SteamVR: the studio says WebXR there has been broken for over a year
- You want more variety than one character in one scene
- You dislike calibrating: hand tracking needs a few strokes to learn your motion

Hands as the controller
RockHardVR sells its games under a slogan about a hand revolution, and this is the title that takes it most literally. Darcie, a succubus, offers her services; everything that follows is driven by what your hands do. Foreplay is touch, grab, slap and kiss. Posture buttons in the menu switch positions. The finale is triggered by a gesture rather than a menu item, which is a small design choice that keeps you out of the interface.
Without hand tracking there is a fallback that works on the same idea: close a fist around the controller and move it. Two sliders, Insertion Rate and Insertion Threshold, tune how speed and timing are read, and the studio warns that the first three to seven strokes are calibration.
The headset you use changes everything
On a Quest this is a polished browser game with hand tracking and passthrough AR. RockHardVR also patched it for the Quest 3: the side button now opens the menu and stick drift was fixed. The studio's diagnosis of the controller "going crazy" is worth knowing for every game it makes. The system keeps switching between hands and controllers, so either switch hand tracking off in the Quest settings or commit to hand mode.
On PC VR the picture is grim. Asked for troubleshooting help, the studio shared a guide but admitted it no longer owns the older headsets and that SteamVR's WebXR had been broken for over a year. Index, Rift and Vive owners are on their own here.
Our read
If you want to understand what a hands-first adult game feels like, Darcie's first outing is the cleanest example in the catalogue, and the Quest 3 is the right headset for it. The sequel, A Succubus' Helping Hand 2, builds on the same system. New to the studio? Our RockHardVR starter guide puts its twenty games in order.
What reviewers and players report
The side button now toggles the menu and analog-stick drift is fixed; if the controller 'goes crazy', the system is switching between hands and controllers, so turn hand tracking off or play in hand mode.

Sent a WebXR play guide, but said the studio no longer has older headsets to test and that SteamVR's WebXR has been broken for over a year.

Known problems and how to get past them
- Browser VR games on Quest 3 and 3S: when VR mode won't start, the menu won't open, or the controllers go haywireThe Quest 3 arrived after most of VRPorn.com's browser games were written, and it shows. Owners of the 3 and the cheaper 3S report three distinct failures, each at a different moment, and the studio behind most of these games has explained all three in its own replies.
- RockHardVR's twenty browser games: which to play first, how the hand controls work, and comics versus scenesRockHardVR is the studio most Premium members meet first without noticing the name. Twenty of the browser titles in VRPorn.com's games section are its work, they all look alike in the listing, and they are not alike at all. Some you play with your hands, some you watch like a comic, a few you build yourself.
